TOMORROW I'LL
WIN the LOTTERY
by the First Act

This is not a song of chance. This is not a song of luck.

This is a song of hope.

Although the odds of winning the lottery are minuscule, they don't even exist if you don’t buy a ticket. The idea here is that yes, tomorrow, dammit, I am going to win the lottery. Am I going to win today? Did I win yesterday? No. Tomorrow I will win the lottery.

Give up betting on sports. Trade in your scratch offs. We're talking about Super Lotto here. Grab a pencil and play card, fill in the numbers from your fortune cookie, and hand them over to the pimply kid running the machine at the local convenient store.

Unfortunately, tomorrow will not be your day to shine because I've already decided that it's gonna be mine. Don't give up hope, though. Like they've always said, "You gotta be in it to win it."
